Our approach

Social Network aims to make its website welcoming and usable for people with disabilities. Our design goal is to support the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA as the website is maintained and improved.

This statement describes our approach and ways to get help. It is not a certification of full conformance. A complete independent accessibility audit has not been completed for this redesign.

Website features

The redesigned pages include a skip-to-content link, descriptive headings, text navigation, visible keyboard-focus styling, and layouts that adapt to smaller screens. Information about services and contact options is available as text rather than only in images.

You can use your browser’s zoom controls to enlarge text. Keyboard users can use Tab and Shift+Tab to move through links and controls, and Enter to follow a focused link.

Forms and booking tools

Some parts of the site use third-party tools, including Jotform forms, Calendly calendars, and the SimplePractice client portal. Their accessibility and availability may differ from the main website, and we do not control all of their features.

The two Calendly session-booking links currently return an unavailable-link message. Email and phone options are provided on those pages so visitors can contact the practice about booking. If any embedded form or portal is difficult to use, please contact us for another way to proceed.

Request help or report a barrier

If you cannot access information or complete a task, contact us and tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the difficulty you encountered. If helpful, include your browser or assistive technology and how you prefer to be contacted. Please avoid sending sensitive health information or medical records in the accessibility request.

You may also contact the practice to request information in another format or assistance arranging care. Email replies may take 24–48 hours.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Feedback helps identify barriers in navigation, content, forms, and third-party tools. This statement may be updated as the website changes.
